In order to save the life of their younger sister Himari, twin brothers Kanba and Shoma Takakura search for the Penguindrum under the command of a mysterious penguin hat. Meanwhile, believing in her own destiny, high school girl Ringo Oginome continues to make the events written in her diary come true.
