Kono Class ni Gal wa Inai

Nanase is a typical honor student. Inspired by the gal characters she reads about in manga, she decides to give herself a daring makeover and makes her exciting high school debut. However, there are no gals in her high school, and she and Mamiya, a yankee, end up standing out from the rest of the students in their class.
