Shiki entered St.Lukeman's Academy, a high school with a bad reputation. There are too many delinquents, and Shiki, who is shy and good at studying, got targeted by one of those groups. He had to obey orders made by Kawatou, the leader of the group but he thought it's better than being kicked and punched. One Saturday, Shiki helped a girl who was trying to get away from Kawatou's group. When he was beaten up, someone came to save him.
