In a parallel Japan, the government struggles to handle the urban guerrilla called "Sects". To confront Sects' activity, "Shutokei" (Metropolitan Police) was organized and its Special Armed Garrison "Tokki-Tai: Kerberos" standed at the front line with their heavy arms.
